    We drive 2 1/2 hours twice a year to eat at Green River. We love the BBQ and chilie! I went into early labor in May of 2010 with our son, and my husband was in the mountains doing some training for work, and when I called him to tell him, I made him stop in on the way home to get me some BBQ. Even in early labor I was still craving it!

    When ask by my children where to eat for Father’s Day, my answer is always “Green River BBQ” and my wife and I come as often as we can, as a matter of fact we are coming today! Can’t wait!!!

    Found this place on the internet and decided to try it with my mother-in-law and grandbaby so we met there on a rainy Friday at lunch and everything we ate was really good! Grandbaby ate 2 ears of fried corn and loved it!!

    Hi there! I would like information on how you accommodate people with Celiac Disease? I have heard great comments about your place and would like to try it, but I have gluten, wheat and soy allergies. Wondering if your BBQ sauce is gluten-free or soy free? Also, do you use the same deep fryer for all your fried items? Are the french fries fried separately? Cross contamination is also a problem for me. Thanks for any info you can give me. Hope to try out Green River BBQ

    I have items on the menu marked gluten free. Yes my BBQ sauces are gluten and soy free. I do fry everything in the same fryer so cross contamination would be a issue. I hope this is of some help to you and I hope see you soon!
